THE VISION
FOR CHRIST
& OUR FUTURE
For Christ & Our Future is an inspiring three year, $10 million, initiative centered on Psalm 100:5: “For the Lord is good, and his faithful love endures forever; his faithfulness, through all generations.” The plan includes demolition of the Shelter and constructing a state-of-the-art, multi-court gymnasium to serve as a hub for fellowship, athletics, and events, while also renovating the existing gym into versatile classrooms to support discipleship growth and ministry. Rooted in faith and driven by a vision for lasting impact, this effort seeks to honor God’s enduring faithfulness.
& OUR FUTURE
To my church family at Woodridge!
For over the past year, I have been working with the long-range planning committee to consider what is next for our church family. We recognize the growing need for a dedicated space that can better accommodate our expanding community and allow us to further serve our neighbors with the love of Christ. With this in mind, we are excited to announce the launch of the “For Christ & Our Future” campaign, a vision to renovate and expand our current facilities, creating a welcoming and inspiring environment for worship, fellowship, and outreach programs. Just in the last few years, we have seen almost 700 new members join our church family. Upward sports, our largest community outreach ministry, has more than quadrupled in size. Not to mention we are in need of classroom space for our children, student, and adult ministries. The Lord has been good to us!
So, in order to accommodate these realities, and to set us up for our future ministry in the Kingwood area, we are proposing a comprehensive expansion and renovation of our campus. The hope is that once our project is complete, we will be set up for the next ten years of ministry together. Today, I am inviting you to become a part of making this vision a reality!
