Ninety-five percent of those couples say they have learned skills to improve their relationship, increased their ability to communicate, allowed them to better understand their spouse, and feel understood themselves. Couples that are engaged will receive a certificate for a free Texas marriage license upon the completion of both sessions. There may be additional county fees that will not be included in the cost.
